Genetic Testing

The Institute of Medical Molecular Genetics is approved for clinical genetic testing by the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH).

We offer genetic testing for about 35 different, predominantly monogenic, familial diseases and more than 50 gene defects.

Genetic testing requires informed consent. Please complete the respective consent form for genetic testing of the Swiss Society of Medical Genetics and send it together with the blood, tissue or DNA sample. The consent form is available in French and English language (SSMG).
